As partners in this real estate investment venture, we at Nakkash Design Studio were involved from the very start — identifying, acquiring, and envisioning the transformation of a prime property in the heart of Lisbon. Working closely with Pedro Carrilho Architects, we embarked on a complete modernization and rehabilitation of the building, reshaping it for resale with a strong design and investment strategy.

Our work included adding two new floors, refining the façade, and reconfiguring the interior layouts to maximize both functionality and value. The building’s elongated plot also allowed us to create a private townhouse in the rear courtyard — a rare opportunity that unlocked its full development potential. The result is a stand-alone urban villa that fuses metropolitan sophistication with the intimacy of private luxury, setting a new benchmark for contemporary living in Lisbon.
