One Za'abeel

For this 40th-floor duplex at One Za’abeel Residences, Nakkash Design Studio transformed a high-rise apartment into a serene retreat. Inspired by the client’s love for Japan, the design draws on the concept of a “Japanese sanctuary” a guiding principle reflected in every detail. Balancing sweeping city views and the calm of Zabeel Park below, the studio softened the apartment’s energetic urban setting to create a tranquil second home in the heart of Dubai.
